HEALTHY TOUCH MASSAGE & BODYWORK – SHARI GRAYSON, HHP

Massage Practice COVID-19 Prevention Plan

These Protocols are in place to help protect clients and myself.

·       I will communicate with you beforehand to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.

·       I will ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness since we booked your appointment. If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness

·       As of March 16, 2022, Wearing a Face Mask is no longer REQUIRED, but is still RECOMMENDED. I will continue to wear a mask during your session. It is optional for you to wear a mask. If you choose to, please bring a face mask to wear while you are in the building and during your massage session. I have masks available should you desire one.

·       I will ask you to sign an informed consent form that states, “I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from this practitioner. I agree to participate in contact tracing should I develop symptoms of COVID-19.”

·       There is a hand-hygiene station in the treatment room that I will ask you to use when you enter the space. Please use hand sanitizer both before getting on the table and at the end of the session before leaving.

·       All surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly with a CDC approved cleaner prior to and immediately following your session. If you use the restroom, please use paper towels to dry your hands and please wipe off any surfaces you touch with the Sanitizing wipes provided.

In the treatment room a HEPA Air Filter (with UV sanitizer light) is on constantly filtering the air in the room, and a fan is on circulating the air. Between sessions the room is open to fresh air from outside, then cleaned with CDC approved cleaner and sanitized with UV-C light for at least 15 minutes.
