Vibrational Healing
with Chanting/Toning 
and Shamanic Journey Sound Bath
 with Quartz Bowls

Sound has been used as medicine for centuries, from ancient chanting practices in Tibet to the use of gongs in Asia and drumming in indigenous cultures. Today, sound healing has resurfaced in modern wellness circles, with “sound baths” becoming increasingly popular. Unlike music, a sound bath immerses participants in resonant tones—often from quartz crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes—that help quiet the mind and restore balance.

 Sunday:

Both events will be held at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health,

Kearney Mesa Campus,
9025 Balboa Ave. Suite 130, San Diego, CA 92123.
Please RSVP to Healthytouchsd@gmail.com with number of attendees by 5:00pm on day of event.
Bring a yoga mat and pillows to lay on and blanket if desired.
There are a few cushions at the school, first come, first serve. Please arrive by 6:15pm so that we can start promptly at 6:30pm.

We will begin with some light movement and chanting.
This experience will last 60-90 minutes depending upon the size of the group.
